Pickup Locations & Times
Our driver guide will meet you at the designated pickup location. For airport arrivals, the driver guide will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard displaying the lead traveler’s name. For hotel pickups, please wait at the reception area or main entrance at the scheduled pickup time.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Teens 12+ are charged full adult rate.
- Infants under 3 years: free if sharing with adult, no separate seat/bed.
