Our professional dedicated tour guide will be around you all the time. After the adrenaline adventure you can either enjoy Sandboarding for FREE OR chill with friends at our Coffee shop Air-conditioned majilis room Bedouin style private tent.. Superb buggy and quad bike ride in the desert. Thanks to Said for organizing everything with his teams. Everyone was in the care for us and we spent an extraordinary afternoon!! Little advice, we took the walk in the middle of the afternoon and saw the sun set over the desert in the evening...... beautiful!

An amazing experience near monster experience. A team just amazing, welcoming, good mood, good advice... I highly recommend. Also the guide a was perfect. Made us a photo shoot up the dunes just amazing! I recommend your walk from 4:30 p.m. to have the sunset. An amazing experience!!! To finish the driving timing and more than respect! We had a great day with the whole Said and Monster Experience team. Safari in the desert, 4x4 in the dunes, Buggy, sunset and oriental dinner. Everything was perfect. We shared an amazing time with family and leave with lots of memories in our heads. We recommend 10000% and send you to Monster Experience with your eyes closed. Must do

We Loved it!!! The team is really adorable... Refreshment, snack, good mood! We were lucky enough to be almost alone (August) in the desert.... incredible!!! The kids loved it and so did we!! Unforgettable memories

4 weeks ago and two weeks before our trip we unfortunately had to cancel due to my wife being pregnant. We had paid 300 aed (£60) upfront to arrange a collection from the hotel to the venue and back. Upon asking for a refund the company requested all my banking information including IBAN number which reluctantly I provided in order to secure this refund. To date I have been messed around with the company telling me first that there was a problem with their system causing delay. Then they stated they would send a driver to our hotel to deliver the cash personally. The day before they stated due to unforeseen circumstances the driver wasn’t coming and to provide my Revolut bank details. I did this last week and have still not received my money. The company sent me a screenshot in what appeared to be French communication from their apparent manager. They translated to say that the money had now been sent from their manager. Still no money has been received. They are now saying they have no control over this as it’s this manager who has sent the money over. In my experience I have never had so much difficulty getting a refund returned to me. It seems to me that the company are happy to take your money but when it comes to getting it back to you there is simply no will on their part. I am still in communication with them so I am hopeful this will change but I have been left at the moment with no choice but to post this review.

However, since Dune Buggying or any dune bashing activities involve higher level of adventure through the dunes; we recommend ladies who are pregnant, not to participate in such activities, and we ensure that same is mentioned on all of our product pages for our customers to be aware before booking the activity. Based on your situation, we were glad to cancel your booking as that would be the best thing to do! Generally, it takes about 2 working weeks for any refund process. Please take our sincere apologies for not being able to deliver the cash to your hotel (although this is not a part of refund protocol, but in order to speed up the process, our CS colleague might have offered you this option). This refund, particularly, might have taken more than 2 business weeks; as the payment was made using international card. But we thank you very much for your kind patience. While you are also aware of the refund succeeded, we'd also like to confirm of the refund responding to this review. Given a chance, we would love to craft your next desert adventure with us; to ensure a better and wholesome experience. Thank you once again, Keep adventuring! Very good experience upon first entering the premises we were greeted with bottles of water and a quick video and sign a waiver, our first buggy broke down but we quickly swopped it for another thought it would be slow and boring at first but it was really good the more we pushed our guide the faster he went once he new we weren’t scared of going fast, definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

This was honestly one of the best things I’ve done in the UAE! We did the self drive experience and it was truly incredible. The guides were amazing and the views were out of this world. I definitely recommend this!
