1 hour horse ride on the beach of essaouira
Description
We will pick you up at Essaouira if you don’t have your own car. Arrived at the Ranch you will have a little introduction in our way of equitation and will see your horse: one of our wonderful Arabian-Barb-Horses. You will stay in saddle for 1 hour. One of our professional guides will accompany you during the ride. Our guides speak English, French and Arabian. Our guides will always help you, if you have some problem with our horses. In one hour on horseback, you will arrive at the wonderful beach of Diabat, where you will have a few towards Ile of Mogador with his Portuguese castle. The way back to the Ranch will pass through the forest of Eucalypti and Mimosa. This ride is for all riders; it is a good possibility for persons, which never tried equitation. Returned to the Ranch our driver will bring you back to Essaouira. You can book this ride from 9:00 until one hour before sunset.

A wonderful experience that will remain forever in our hearts! Riding on the ocean at sunset was magical: the tour lasted even longer than the scheduled two hours, showing us the great generosity of the staff. Despite being beginners, we felt very safe thanks to the guys at the ranch, who were attentive, professional and took so many beautiful photos of us. The only tip: cover up well because the wind on the beach is no joke, but the organization is really impeccable!
Outstanding! One of kind experience. I am a very beginner rider, but my friend is an expert. They tailored the horses to our levels, showed us what to do, and had a guide come with us to show us the route, through the sand dunes to the beach. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and the guide stayed by my side the whole time. Would definitely recommend this!
It was great! Many thanks to the driver Yassin, the receptionist Ahmed and finally the guide Khalid. They were adorable, the ranch is beautiful and the horses are in top shape🤩 The scenery is crazy, I recommend a thousand times!
A mega experience!!!! The horses and stables look super well maintained. We rode for an hour through the dunes and on the beach. Galloping on the beach, too, that was mega. A very nice guide who knew good English. I would recommend it to anyone!!
Ahmed was an excellent guide who made sure I was really relaxed on horse Moro. The trip was beautiful with amazing views at the beach. Lovely experience that I would definitely recommend!
Amazing! We had never ridden a horse before and they gave very clear instructions on how to do it. The horses were well trained and the stables were bey nice and the horses appeared to be well treated. Riding on sand, hills and beach was great experience.

The mustapha guide was super nice and offered to take pictures for me to keep a memory of this experience, similarly he explained the story of essaouira it was super nice! It's great that you get pick up and drop off included with the trip. The horses were well cared for and the stables looked clean, you could see that the staff all loved the horses. One horse was tossing it's head around in its stable and banging on the door. I said "I hope I don't get that one". Guess which one I got! I haven't ridden a horse for years, so was quite nervous. All the other horses seemed placid and calm, but my horse was 'chomping at the bit' and throwing it's head around, which didn't help! One of the crew (I believe his name was Ashram, but apologies if I've got it wrong) walked with me, holding the horse for 90% of the time. It made me feel very safe and I soon relaxed and enjoyed it. And what a fantastic experience it was. On the beach at sunset was just glorious and I'll treasure the memories forever. Tell the staff how experienced (or not) you are at riding. Everyone was well looked after - the stable staff are lovely with the nervous riders, while the experienced riders could go off with another guide to enjoy a gallop. Although people are encouraged to leave their bags a the stable - if you have a secure pocket, take your phone. Ashram took some wonderful photos and videos of my friend and I.
Sadly, it was very disappointing because one person didn't have a clue and the guide had to keep going back to get the horse moving. I didn't get the chance to canter. My horse would only want to when other riders went by cantering. I later found out that all horses are stallions! Fotos are also very disappointing. No Fotos were taken of the beautiful beach and its rocks.

Taking pictures is simply a pleasure that we offer to our clients when possible, but it is not part of the service you booked. As for the horse control, when booking you declared to have a good riding level. For this reason, we assigned you a horse according to your declared experience. We also have well-trained horses especially for beginners, and we always adapt to the real level of our riders whenever it is correctly communicated. We also wish to kindly point out that during our rides there are always participants of different riding levels. If you had expressed in advance your specific wish to canter on your own, we could have proposed you a private ride, where you would have had the opportunity to canter more freely. Furthermore, when you returned from the ride and we spoke in person, you did not mention any of these concerns. If you had raised them at that moment, we would have been able to explain the situation clearly and answer your doubts right away. As a gesture of goodwill we propose you by whatsapp to offer you a complimentary 30-minute horse ride, in the moment you ask a full refund, but we discover later that you preferred to write a bad comment and in the meantime the refund……and didn’t receive any answer from you We remain at your disposal and hope to welcome you again.
