Pickup Locations & Times
The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the driver has moved on from your hotel. An extra charge will be applied for transfers from some Phuket areas (to be advised).

- Child ticket age between 4-14 years or less than 130cm in height (proved may be required)
- The zipline trip is not recommended for a person with more than 120 kg., pregnant women, a child under 4 years old and people with a surgical history of fewer than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition
- The ATV trip has no weight restrictions. Riders have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. No alcohol is permitted.
- During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

that was absolutely great, everything event, cost to the value, atmosphere, staff starting from the staff which was gteat and a fantastic flexible approach ald also great knowledge and patience, zip line was nothing new for me as i did some of it when i was in the army but i still enjoyed it, next was the 1h atv tour around the area which let me to try it for the first time ever

Great fun day out! Zip lining felt very safe and the guides were brilliant and made it really enjoyable. ATVs were also a lot of fun — the course is varied so some driving experience helps. Amazing views from the top, and the guide even took some great photos for us

This tour was great. It turned out that we were too far to be picked up, so we had to get there on our own. However, the crew waited for us as we got stuck in traffic from Phuket town which was very nice of them. The zipline guys were amazing. They were polite, helpful, energetic and funny (as you can see in the “spiderman” photo). The ATV guide was excellent. My daughter was a first timer so she had to get used to it. The guide basically rode slow with us away from the rest of the more experienced riders so she wouldn’t be under pressure to keep up. Definitely recommend.

The guides on the zip wire were phenomenal. I haven't laughed so much in ages. I highly recommend, highly professional and the best sense of humour.

Great experience and value for money. The guides were so friendly, funny and helpful. There’s many different ziplines to do and the ATV drive felt longer than an hour. It was great!

We all had a really fun time with family and friends. It was a first time ziplining experience for some and we were impressed with the safety as well as how the guides encouraged and interacted with us all, making it a memorable experience. Definitely recommended. We did see mosquitoes but we were prepared with repellent spray so wasn’t affected.

One of the best experiences in Phuket. Thanks to the great, always energized staff, that made it so spectacular. I felt completely safe during the whole zipline and ATV trip.
