We really enjoyed the tour. Everything was great. We felt safe and enjoyed our experience. It was very convenient to get to walk to from the cruise ship and the transportation was great. Two complaints. They don't let you take any pictures with your camera. I get it, it could slow things down and they don't want you to loose your phone, but it forces you into buying their picture package. Which was around $100. So that was an extra expense. They also only provide transportation back to the cruise dock a couple hours after your tour ends. This sorta forces you to buy food and they hope some of their tequila or pay to swim in their pool. Which was fine, but it was a little long for us, but we made the best of it. We did order food and enjoyed the nice patio that looked over the beautiful area. All and all, We would do it again. The facility was great and all the guides made us feel safe and helped us enjoy our time there.
Great experience, beautiful location and nice guides. The ride was much shorter than I was expecting - the traffic was still terrible in PV which made it long (45-60 minutes), but the distance was actually quite close to the city and can probably be shorter during less busy weeks.
Well organize. Always felt safe. Staff was nice and accommodating.
The zipline for cruise passengers was a great experience! All of the guides including Diego, Esteban and the other guys were great! My kids (8 and 10) had a great time and we all felt safe the entire time.
Great team that guided us through the zip line adventure!
This was an affordable and fun zip lining trip from the cruise ship! The staff were professional and very safe.
Had an amazing experience traversing through8 different zip lines deep in the jungle. Wonderful staff kept us safe & entertained. Lots of walking so bring sturdy shoes. Would def visit again!
We had a great adventure while we were there. My kids and I had a blast. Luis and junior were great guides. So worth the trip up there and highly recommend the strawberry smoothie per my kids!
Amazing experience! 100% would recommend. Crew and staff were super fun and friendly. Bring sunscreen and bug spray and closed toe shoes. There is a clean bathroom, lockers and water stations.
This was our first zip line experience and it was a wonderful outing. The personnel were excellent: attentive, patient, polite, and provided great instructions and were entertaining - funny. Kudos to them: Jesús, Rafael and Polo. The area and the views from the zip lines were amazing! Would definitely recommend, and we’ll return next time we are in PV.
