Josie and lefty were excellent. Shuttle van up scary road. Steps between lines were hard and high so tough on my short legs.
We booked this zip line tour “Zip Line Adventure in the heights in Puerto Valllarta”through Viator and were very excited to zip line in Puerto Vallarta. We took a $20 taxi to the meeting location provided and arrived early. After the pick up deadline passed and no one arrived we tried to call the company multiple times with no answer. We were eventually able to reach the monkey adventures Mexico operator who later admitted they had given us the wrong pick up location. We asked if they could come pick us up. They told us we need to take another taxi at our own expense to their location. When we asked if we would be reimbursed for additional taxi fair caused by their mistake their response was rude and no, we agreed to take the taxi anyway and we’re on our way when they message that the group had already left and that we would need to meet them far outside of town at the zip line location. We explained that we were already in transit, but they told us it’s too late and refused to accommodate us. The situation was entirely due to their error, yet we were expected to absorb the cost and were ultimately denied the experience altogether. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that Viator reconsider listing this company as their communication, customer service, and accountability were extremely poor.

We would like to clarify a few important points. The meeting location provided in the booking confirmation was correct. The situation occurred because, due to a system error, the reservation was not properly registered in our internal system. As a result, we were unaware of the booking until you contacted us, at which point the transportation had already passed the scheduled pickup location. Once we were informed, our team immediately worked to provide alternatives. You were advised that you could proceed to the next pickup point; however, due to the limited waiting time at each stop, the vehicle had already departed by the time confirmation was received. At no time were we informed that you were already in transit by taxi. It is important to clarify that the activity was never denied to you. We offered two clear options: joining the group directly at the park location or receiving a full refund. You chose the full refund, which has since been processed and completed without issue. At no point did you express interest in rescheduling the activity for another day, which would have been possible and we would have gladly accommodated. Regarding your comments about our customer service, we respectfully state that our team communicated the situation in a professional and serious manner. We understand that unexpected circumstances can be frustrating; however, there was never any intention to be discourteous. In accordance with platform policies, we are unable to reimburse third-party transportation expenses such as taxi fares. We truly regret that you were not able to participate in the tour. Our team remains committed to delivering high-quality experiences, and our many positive reviews reflect the care and dedication we bring to every guest. We continuously review our internal processes to help prevent similar situations in the future. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your future travels.

We had a wonderful time on this tour! We brought our 7 and 9 year old daughters and were a bit nervous as they had never gone ziplining before, but the staff were FANTASTIC with them and ensured a safe and fun afternoon for all! We booked this tour through Tripadvisor, so as is typically the case, the actual tour was handled by a local group, Monkey Business. I was a bit confused about where to pick up our shuttle, but MB responded to my text inquiries immediately and were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole experience! Excellent customer service---especially, given it was Christmas day. Our actual tour took place at Canopy El Eden (where they filmed Predator :) ), so it took a good hour to get to the venue from Puerto Vallarta (Zona Hotelera), but it was a gorgeous trip up. Once up there, our driver escorted us to registration where we geared up and got instructions. They have both Spanish and english-speaking staff. The first couple of lines were to warm everyone up and make sure all the guests knew what to do. Then, the lines (total of 10) got longer and faster with really amazing views. The guides were really phenomenal and stayed with you the whole way. They were so good with the kids! Just a heads up, there is a little bit of a hike uphill through the jungle (bug spray a must) in between lines, but totally doable. Once we finished, we hung out at the restaurant and the kids played in the water while we waited for our driver to return. On the way back down the mountain, there's also an optional tequila tasting experience :). All in all, a great time! Highly recommend :)

Our guides were angel and Hiram, and they were excellent. They took such good care of us and made it so fun. They gave us water frequently and were willing to do whatever it was to keep us smiling! Y Highly highly recommended it was fun.

This was not what was advertised- they are a shuttle service marking up tickets to someplace else- no organization. I paid for a group of 9 of us and we were forgotten about where they asked us to wait in the coffee shop next-door. They never called our name as promised although we kept checking in. And so, after waiting 40 minutes they split us up to get to the truck- a razor ride to an open air caravan a few blocks from the office. But there was not room for us all in the same truck and they wanted half of us to wait for the next truck. At that point we knew we’d be apart and waiting in a massive line at the location. Not the family experience we thought. We got off on the sidewalk and left. I’d love a refund.
We regret your decision not to participate in the activity. We'd like to clarify that, although transportation to the park was separate, the activity itself would have taken place as a group once you arrived. We understand that peak season can cause some saturation in our services, but our team is working hard to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. This was a great zip line tour. Be prepared to walk up a.lot of steps and uneven trails with lots of steps. But one a top it was all down hill and tons of fun. The food looked amazing at the restaurant. Got to have it on your bucket list.
