Yassir was on time and greeted us very well. He went out of his way to help us get a few things done before dropping us off at our accommodation and waited with us until they checked us in by showing us a good spot for breakfast by being with us all that time. Highly recommend Yassir not only for this activity, but even other activities in Zanzibar.

We had a transfer from Riu Jambo to airport, driver arrived 13 minutes late. I told him that we are going to domestic terminal Precision Airline. He took us to International Terminal and when we said we want domestic, his reply was take a walk to the other terminal

The originally assigned driver encountered an unexpected issue, and in our urgency to ensure you reached the airport on time, we quickly reassigned another driver who was nearby. Unfortunately, he was unaware of your friend’s mobility needs, which led to the miscommunication regarding the terminal drop-off. We truly regret this and understand how frustrating it must have been for you. That said, we also want to remind you that this was an isolated incident. You previously had another transfer with us, which went perfectly, and we deeply regret that this time we did not meet the same standard. I had the pleasure of having Yazan, as my tour guide. He planned multiple tours for me some he did personally and others he organised as a group. He was very professional and polite at all times. Yasser from Yasan Tours managed taxi bookings and organised several tours, including to Stone Town, Spice Farm and a day Safari to Mikumi, during our recent visit to Zanzibar. Yasser speaks excellent English, is very knowledgeable, professional and the service we received from his company and Yasser personally was impeccable. Last but not the least, his quotes were consistently cheaper than those we had from elsewhere. we met Yasser on the way back to the hotel from Kendwa beach, he was nice and friendly and also spoke good French, we decided to arrange several taxi services with him where most of them met went well and had reasonable rates, we sincerely thank him for his kindness and sincere services, I hope to come back one day and also recommend him to our friends
