Travel comfortably in an Alphard, minivan, or SUV (up to 5 passengers) directly to your hotel or residence. For departures, we’ll pick you up from your hotel or any location on Zanzibar Island and take you to the airport. To book, simply provide your pick-up details: arrival from the airport or ferry port, or departure from a hotel, residence, or location. - In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection, or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. The driver was waiting outside for us with a sign even though we were about 2 hours late arriving due to a flight delay and immigration. He was great and answered any questions we had.

We hired this company to drive us from Zanzibar airport to Nungwi, we had a great experience and highly recommend this company. Our trip had a series of incidents that cause multiple reschedules to our original booking, our flight was delayed multiple times, one of our suitcases did not arrive with us and we had to wait for the next flight and all this time I communicated with the office and they were extremely accommodating, when we finally were able to leave the airport the driver was waiting for us. Also, I had a very bad fall at the airport and injured my leg and the driver took us to a pharmacy and was extremely helpful. We will use their services again.

I booked but no one showed up to pick us up when our plane arrived. This is shameful!!!!! We waited more than an hour, before deciding to take another taxi of course with expenses at our expense!
