The tour starts with a pickup at a designated time at your hotel/accommodation in Vienna. After the short introduction, the tour continues with a drive through Austrian and Slovenian countryside, with a coffee/breakfast break halfway to Zagreb.
Upon arriving to Zagreb, you will be greeted by an English speaking local guide who will introduce you to the history of the Croatian capital including the most famous locations e.g. Ban Jelacic Square, Upper Town, medieval Stone Gate and Gothic style Zagreb Cathedral. After approx. two hours of a guided tour, use another two and a half hours of free time to have lunch, shop or visit one of many centrally located museums or exhibitions e.g. Museum of the 80's, Museum of Broken Relationships... The tour concludes with a scenic drive back to your hotel/accommodation in Vienna.

Romano and Tin! Our guides/driver were amazing. Wow, we learned so much history and such a beautiful country. Croatia 🇭🇷 has fought hard for their freedom.
My driver "D" was fantastic, courteous and very friendly. He is very knowledgeable about Croatia and the area. My local guide was great! She provided an excellent tour of Zagreb and had some good recommendations for lunch. There was plenty of time for exploring, shopping and dining, I loved this trip!
Tour started early, but we had a long and unforgettable day in front of us. Our driver Romano was on time. He was knowledgeable, communicative, he even explain us whole history of Croatia. In Zagreb we had a walking tour with a lovely guide Tin. He was also interesting and kind. At the end he even recommended us what and where to eat and drink locally. We had about 2,5h for lunch and exploring city on our own, so we could really feel a city. Drive back was also comfortable, Romano never complained when we asked for stops. Definitely highly recommend day tour from Vienna.
