Pickup Locations & Times
Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions..
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 or 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator. prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Littering & smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
- FOR AIRPORT PICK UP: Upon arrival at Yogyakarta Airport Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to Hotel=Notes: Max waiting time for arrival transfer is 90 Minutes from Flight Arrival Time.

The car was good; ditto the driver but they were not waiting at the gate, indeed the driver who collected us was at home when the office contacted him to collect us. A worry when you first enter a new country
Our Flight arrived an hour late and we had to clear immigration and custom but our driver patiently waited for us. The drive from Yogyakarta to Borobudur was long and winding and dark but he confidently and expertly made it a pleasant one!
The driver waited for us due to our delayed flight. The driver Dodo speaks good enough English that we had a good conversation until we reached our destination.
The driver dint turn up as promised on site and had to panic running to and fro.No starbucks as stated on website either.Had booked departure transfer which was cancelled due to the above.Not worth the anxiety
Had an awesome experience! Got off the plane, gathered luggage and went to the arrival hall and there was our guide. He helped us out to the small bus, loaded all the suitcases and away we went. He pointed out a few things along the way. He was not overly chatty. Very nice and efficient. We were all pleased.
