Advertised as a hop on hop off. After you pay you get a message that’s it’s a 90 minute bus tour of the city with one stop for 20 minutes to take photos. The tour guide spoke Russian and English but unfortunately I couldn’t tell the difference. Don’t waste your money.
Thank you for sharing your opinion. However, we would like to point out that all information about the tour format was clearly provided in the tour description before booking. The description explicitly explains that this is a fixed-route sightseeing tour and not a traditional hop-on hop-off service. Unfortunately, it seems that your expectations may not have matched the actual format of the experience you booked. Because of this, we believe your review may unintentionally mislead future travelers, as it does not objectively reflect the service that was advertised and delivered. We would also like to mention that during the tour your negative attitude noticeably affected the atmosphere for other guests and impacted their overall experience as well. The tour is conducted in both English and Russian because we welcome both English-speaking and Russian-speaking travelers in the same group. Commenting negatively on the guide’s English is quite unfair and disrespectful, especially considering that the guide is certified and has been successfully conducting tours for many years. In any case, we respect your point of view and appreciate your feedback. We simply kindly encourage future travelers to carefully read the tour description before booking in order to choose an experience that best matches their expectations. As for whether the price is fair or not, we are happy to leave that judgment to the many other guests who have genuinely enjoyed this tour and shared very positive feedback about it.
