You can get picked up from your hotel in Phuket between 07:30 AM – 08:30 AM The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show

Everyonr is very friendly and nice. The whole day they kept providing snacks, fruits and drinks even after the tour was done. Originally we had an agreement for me to pay for transportation since my hotel was not in their pickup range. But later they told me I didn't need to pay it since they found a minibus to pick me up. Very honest and good hearted people are running this shop. You can trust them. My only suggestion is to increase the time spent at Hong Island since its so beautiful.
