Pickup Locations & Times
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Puerto Cancun (mall) Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Aloft Tulum The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. For this tour we provide our special boarding pass that gives you access to the transportation, so all customers are required to provide an email, otherwise the customer won't have access to the transportation and no refund will be provided

- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price
- Travelers must bring towels, swim suit and a change of clothes (water shoes are recommended)
- A photo of the ID from the lead traveler will be required before the tour date (drivers license or passport)
- Pregnant travelers can't participate

Wow ! This place is brilliant. My family consisting of me my wife our 3 sons aged 21 /17/ 7 all had a fantastic time at this place . There’s nothing like this in the Uk. Get the photo package up front they are definitely worth it . We got there for just before 10am and left at 5pm and the time just flew by . I was so impressed with the all inclusive food choices at the restaurant it was such a refreshing chance to the usual overpriced crap at any of the UK attractions that we have . Any family looking for a great day out don’t miss out on this trip ! You won’t regret it .
The park was so much fun, the food was so good. We loved it all. We had so much fun on all the zip lines, had a blast the adults and teens! We had so much fun in the caves.
Xplor is great place for everyone, kids, teens and adults. There is something perfect for everyone! We have to keep everyeone fueled up, that why we have food and drinks all over the place It's great to know that you had such a great time!
The Ziplines, Hammock rides, and the Vehicle ride were fantastic. The only thing about it was the Underground experience we could have done with out. But The overall trip was awesome the food was great, the staff was great. The bus driver and host person were the best. I would for sure tell my friends to do this Adventure.
The underground path can be a bit long for some people, but the experience is worth it! We are glad to know that you had a great experiene from start to finish Hope to see you soon!
