The driver was super flexible and communicative in picking my party up with no issues although we disembarked the cruise terminal later than our reservation. The vehicle did not have the best odor but everything else was okay.
Flexibility is very important when traveling, last minute changes can make or brake a connecting flight or train. we instruct drivers to wait even past the agreed time.
