Terrible experience getting on the boat. Everyone pushing. We paid for excellent seats. Was sat on the bottom of boat couldn’t see out the window due to the lights. People behaved like animals eating seafood. I had nothing to eat as not everyone likes prawns. And the music was awful. Worst night . Couldn’t wait to get off.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience on the Wonderful Pearl Dinner Cruise on the Chao Phraya River. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. 1) We cant stop people pushing, all you need to do is wait ? 2) You paid for a seat on the boat last minute. You never requested UPPER Deck. 3) You had nothing to eat? Hard to believe as food is on 3 levels. Why not ask the waiter for prawns or for the chef to cook something unique for you? You are telling people dont go but I strongly suggest you speak up on the night first as I see you never did say anything so how can we solve any problem if you complain after? Thanks, Paul
Beautiful boat, trip down the river smooth. Food was a bit of a let down, my partner struggled to find something she liked, the entertainment was ok. We just enjoyed watching sites with a bottle of wine.

We went on this cruise on 24 Dec 2022 The pick-up from hotel was smooth and on time The boarding on the cruise was a little of mismanagement Come boarding time, everyone rush in causing human-human sardines. The crew could have told, there is no need to rush as all seats/table are assigned on the ticket. My kids nearly got crushed with all those adults pushing and rushing to board. The buffet was nice but the varieties were not many The cultural show was short and the live band was not entertaining, sometimes out of tune. Overall , it is an experience, but there are many others to choose.
Dear 233risk, Thanks for your review. I am afraid that the boarding process is like an airplane. Everyone rushes to the front thinking the plane will leave without them, this is the same as the cruise. They have tried barriers, this does not always work as well. We are aware of this but thanks for letting us know. We are pleased though you enjoyed the cruise, Nick
The Grand Pearl is an amazing looking vessel. Very smooth cruise, great sights, good entertainment and good food. However l was dissapointed with 1 aspect of the dinner - there was no announcement regarding the arrival of desserts to eat and by the time l discovered desserts had been served, it was too late, most had been eaten and we were docking again as the cruise had finished. l also didn't realise that the cruise only went for 1.5 hrs
Hello David, The Grand Peal is indeed an amazing ship and with its dinner cruise its a very popular choice for our guests. I am sorry for your dessert but as far I am aware there is no announcement but I shall pass your comments to the food and beverage team. Regards, Nick
We enjoyed our boat trip. Sights were really lovely. Nice evening and river was nice and calm. Food was good and plentiful. The boat itself is very nice. Spacious and clean. The band were fantastic. Due to other music playing an the boat and also the other boat trips travelling on the river it sometimes became confusing but all in all a very good night and worth the money. We also booked the siam niramit show with I Asia Thailand and both services were excellent and recommend using them as great value for money too!
Hello Ann, The dinner cruise is one of the most popular and this is very busy and we have a great relationship with the operator and we can secure the best seats. I see that you had a wonderful experience and you loved the dinner cruise. Thanks for booking with I Asia Thailand and looking forward to seeing you again. Nick
The ideas of a sunset Cruise was great. I was expecting to board at 5pm, but we didn't board until 5:25. The food was great but by the time we finished eating it was time to get off. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the music and the atmosphere on the ship. Because of the early time we also didn't see the city in lights. The cruise was only one hour long from start to finish. The people were friendly and accommodating to out needs. This Cruise would be great if it was longer and more music on the upper desk after the band finished playing. We should be able to dance, party and have a good time. C
