We were passing through Kansas and decided to stop at this museum. I enjoyed it. There were statues of all the characters as you wind around the museum. There were several places where you could take pictures in a 'set up' scene. There was a lot of information on the making of the movie and placement of the actors who played the characters. We were not quite in there an hour, so I wouldn't drive a long way just for this. After exiting the museum, there was a yellow brick road across the street. That took 5 minutes but there were picture opportunities.
Great Experience we went towards closing time so next time we will get there early to enjoy everything.
We had an amazing time..spent almost 2 hours. This is our 3rd time.. we go every year. Their new location in Cocoa Beach is awesome.

Just delightful experience walking thru and seeing the books and memorabilia. Loved the well laid out organization and lots and lots of items. Also enjoyed the immersive experience. Beautiful and the music was a perfect touch.

The largest collection of Wizard of Oz memorabilia I have ever seen! It was very educational and interesting.
This was such a fun experience to do on a very hot day!! The museum was amazing! I grew up on this movie and the information was fascinating!! The added bonus of I Dream of Jeanie was so special. Do NOT MISS THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE!! You won’t regret it!

If you really LOVE everything about every version of the Wizared of Oz and want to see every commercial product EVER created in the last hundred years, this is for you! While interesting and beautifully displayed, I'm just not that into it. The kids, three of them ages 9 and 10, had a great time watching the videos, playing with the toy set up and the immersive experience and they had watched the movie at least once in their lives. Staff were lovely and helpful and it is interesting-

Since we are a specialty museum dedicated to The Wizard of Oz, our goal is to show the incredible, 100+ year impact of L. Frank Baum’s original 1900 book. The story sparked a cultural phenomenon that led to the iconic movie and continues to be reimagined every decade. While it might seem like a lot, there is actually far more history out there than we could ever fit! We aim to showcase rare and uncommon pieces to educate visitors on just how deep that legacy goes. That said, we know a deep dive into history isn't everyone's personal passion, so we're especially thrilled that your kids had such a great time with the interactive toys, the videos, and the immersive experience! While planning our trip to Florida I stumbled upon this museum and we're so glad I found it. It's now housed in a new location which allows the owner to display his 40 year collection, which is very impressive. He is very nice and knowledgeable about all things Wizard of Oz. There is a lot more to the whole Oz universe than was depicted in the movie, which we didn't know. The immersive Oz/Van Gogh experience is an added plus. This museum is a must for anyone that grew up watching (and loving) the Wizard of Oz every year. Best of all my sister, cousin and myself (all ladies of a certain age) got to skip down the Yellow Brick Road!
