Perfect day, everything exceeded our expectations. Driver and guide did everything well, personal and attentive at all times. Thanks for a great day guys.
Not like they promise. We were with family. Paid quite a lot of money for this safari. They say there is an English speaking guide, he was not there! It says you get fresh fruit, there wasn't! We had a driver driving the jeep, didn't speak a word of English, didn't look for an animal and was unkind. So in the end no animal seen except the cow and the chicken. Of course you have no influence whether animals show themselves or not, but the driver has done 0 his best while others have seen animals. I think he wanted to go home early because we were the first ones outside that park empty-handed. Entrance park was extra €85 for 3 people in addition to that €313 safari booking. Lost an awful lot of money on nothing. Our taxi driver who took us to the park and back was really a sweetheart. Waste of our money! We really want at least 50% money back! But Viator is not open to that. Bad business!
We had a super nice Jeep Safari tour with a nice and kind guide named Kavil. He knows a lot about all the birds and other animals that wonder around in the park. The driver was super chill and attentive. We highly recommend booking a trip with these guys! PS: And thanks for the Kingscoconut Kavil 🙌🏼🥥
