Jerry was wonderful, funny and it was nice to hear some personal shared family history. He came on time, was professional and had a great personality. His English was great, clear and understandable. The Salt Mine tour was fantastic, beautiful and honestly breathtaking. Recommend this trip 10/10! Great value.

We had a great time with Martin at the Salt mines. Our plane got delayed so we didn’t make it to pick up, but Martin did his best to solve it for us, he sent a taxi to pick us up a bit later and got us into the mines on time for an english tour. On our way back he too us to some spots in Krakow he wanted us to know about and it was like a mini-tour of the city. He was very friendly and nice, and the whole experience was perfect! Me and my sister are soooo pleased!
