The ship is comfortable, and the guide is knowledgeable. There weren't many of us on board, so we could move around to see the whales better. The staff takes photos that they then share via QR code. We saw a couple of whales coming up to breathe. The boat does not use sonar and stays at a distance to avoid disturbing. The fjord and the scenery are beautiful.
Great whale watching experience with a knowledgeable guide, who explained the rule of engagement to limit the stress caused by our presence. The availability of warm suit was essential for us to enjoy the whole trip.
Lovelly ride in the fijord, we saw 3 walles and one waved back, such a spectacle. Attentive crew ( safety &wellbeeing)

Fantastic experience. Guide was excellent very knowledgeable. Had gone on a trip previous day booked through cruise, double the price. Whilst experience was positive as we seen Whales the guide did not provide any information.

The boat ride was a beautiful ride. The guide was hard to understand. The boat was clean and comfortable. We saw some minke whales but not that close.

The boat was big enough for everyone but it does get quite chilly on the deck especially when the boat is moving. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes if you plan to stay on the deck the entire time. Davide was a great guide. He took some pictures of the whale which he shared with us at the end. Thank you!

The tour is super convenient to any location in Akureyri. The guides are knowledgeable, and the ship was not overcrowded. We enjoyed our day out in the fjord and saw humpbacks and bottlenose whales.

Staff great and willing to work around schedule deadlines (times reguires to be back on cruise ship). Experience also depends on whale spotting -fantastic for our trip!
Great experience all around, as the crew were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boat was clean and spacious with lots of amenities. Can't predict the whales, as we saw only one young humpback whale but it wasn't for lack of trying by the crew. Would definitely do again.
