- Please show your voucher at the "Prepurchase Counter," located on the right side of the entrance, to redeem a physical ticket.
- Bringing your own food and drinks into Waterbom Bali Water Park is not allowed.
- The single-day pass grants you access to the park for the entire day, allowing you to maximize your fun-filled experience.
- Gazebo rental not included.

Disappointed as booked and paid for the tickets. Then 1 hour later told that the Waterpark was full and we could not go. Then had to send numerous emails and finally had to ring TripAdvisor to organise a refund. Certainly not right that the money was taken from our account.
Booked tickets for a specific date, got an email and app confirmation. Then WhatsApp’ed to say date not available. I messaged back to say I couldn’t do another date. No response to that and the money still taken. Now trying to get money back from the credit card company
