We want our money back. Bus no AC. Very disorganized the bus drivers did not have manifesto. Some people got text messages. We never got a text to tell us what bus to get on there were seven buses. The other buses made it to More sites. We went to two sites and then our Tours guy told us that the bus left but he had the phone number to call the bus driver to come back. We planned our trip around seeing the monuments on the night tour, so we never saw them. I would never ever recommend this tour to anyone ever. It was the worst experience. We got dumped off and then had to walk Miles to see the White House.. totally disgusted with the experience. Then when we got to the White House, there was one of the buses there and we could feel the AC coming out off of their bus meanwhile, it’s 100 in the shade and we had no AC people got off the bus to leave and walk home.
DO NOT BOOK with RSN enterprises! My family booked a tour for Friday 7/3/26 and the meeting point was utter chaos. The guides were saying everyone should have gotten a text to what bus to go on. (4 total buses I believe). Half the crowd of 100 people or more had no text. One guide yelled “if you didn’t get a text you don’t have a reservation!” So many guests were wondering around trying to speak to a guide and the guides kept walking away! Our family finally got on a bus as one guide said for us to just go ahead on. So most of the guests are already disappointed in the complete lack of organization… now the black greyhound bus has NO air. It’s 106 degrees. No apology.. a tour guide starts talking but the middle to back of the bus can’t hear him. A few guests yell up and tell him we can’t hear a word he’s saying. He stepped a few feet closer to the middle but still hard to understand his words. We make two stops.. the Capitol and then the US Marine corps memorial. Then the bus goes back and forth between Arlington and DC… (I believe the driver was trying to find an open road due to the 4th of July festivities). So no air this whole time, can’t hear the guide… After about 45 minutes of driving in circles, the bus stops at the Lincoln Memorial… people get off and we are told by the guide of how to walk back to the metro and that the bus left…. WHAT? Ladies still had their bags on the bus! No notice the bus was leaving! No apology whatsoever for anything! Guests were furious! One lady said she can’t wait to call the company to complain and the tour guide said “go for it”. My family found an uber and went home. This was the worst experience my family has ever had. The worst part- I called to discuss all of these concerns Monday morning and the guy who answered told me “we couldn’t help the road closures”. I asked why they even allowed tours if they knew the holiday would affect the roads. He said “we didn’t know” and “no refunds because we promised you a service and you got one”. I continued to tell him we did not get the 10 stops the tour promised, we couldn’t hear a word the guide said, no air…. I then was HUNG UP ON. Speechless… This company does NOT CARE about their customers and not once were we offered an apology for anything. DO NOT BOOK with them!!
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry that your tour did not meet your expectations. The July 3rd and Fourth of July holiday period is one of the most challenging times to operate tours in Washington, D.C. Due to extensive road closures, security checkpoints, and traffic restrictions implemented by local and federal authorities, our routes had to be adjusted throughout the evening. While these circumstances were beyond our control, we understand how disappointing this was for you and your family. We would also like to clarify that our buses were equipped with functioning air conditioning. However, with temperatures exceeding 100°F and buses frequently opening their doors for boarding and stops, the interior may not have cooled as quickly as guests expected. We regret that you felt the boarding process was disorganized and that communication did not meet our usual standards. We also apologize if you felt your concerns were not handled appropriately when you contacted us afterward. That is not the level of customer service we strive to provide, and we will review your comments with our team. Our guides did not intentionally leave guests behind. At the Lincoln Memorial, guests who chose to end their tour early were provided directions to the nearest Metro station and rideshare pickup area, while the tour continued for the remaining passengers. We appreciate your feedback and recognize that there are areas where we can improve, particularly during major national events. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to invite you and your family to join one of our night tours on a non-holiday evening so you can experience the full tour under normal operating conditions. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you and your family all the best. Sincerely, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
Tour guide was fabulous and very interactive. A lot of walking which was fine for us but a challenge for a few due to road closures for the 250 celebrations. Wished it was longer to see more. Thank you for the great experience!
Dear Kim, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you had an amazing night tour and enjoyed your guide's interactive and engaging presentation. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the additional walking required due to the road closures for the America's 250 celebration. While those restrictions were beyond our control, we're glad you were still able to enjoy the experience. We love hearing that you wished the tour was longer—that's one of the best compliments we can receive! We hope to welcome you back to Washington, D.C. for another tour in the future. Warm regards, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
Itinerary looked amazing, 10+ multiple stops. However, we went to 5 only. Guide had some interesting facts and knew a lot about the 5 stops we made. Organization was awful. They had a lot of people a lot of buses and they could not tell where any one was going. We just grabbed the last 4 seats on a bus we were not even assign to cause no one could help.
Dear Lily, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about our tour guide and are glad you enjoyed the historical information provided during the stops you were able to visit. We sincerely apologize for the confusion during check-in. Due to the unusually large crowds and extensive road closures surrounding the Fourth of July and America's 250th celebration, boarding was more challenging than usual. We recognize that the process did not meet the standard we strive to provide and are already reviewing ways to improve it for future events. We also understand your disappointment that the full itinerary could not be completed. Unfortunately, many roads and memorials became inaccessible because of security restrictions beyond our control. Even so, our team worked hard to provide the best possible experience under those circumstances. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back so you can experience our full tour under normal conditions. Warm regards, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
Came on this tour on July 3 for the night tour. Showed up to the designated meeting place 30 minutes ahead. There were a lot of people for this tour which required multiple buses. The tour did not start very good as there was mad confusion. The tour started off very disorganized. Also the meeting place was next to a metro station and extremely crowded to meet here with all the people. People were on the wrong bus and the tour guides seemed very overwhelmed. Once the tour started it didn’t get much better. We were only able to visit two places because of road closures. We were supposed to get water and we never got water. Overall it was a very disappointing experience considering how much we paid. I would not recommend doing this tour around the 4th of July.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. July 3 is one of the busiest evenings of the year in Washington, D.C. Due to the large crowds, extensive security measures, and road closures associated with the Fourth of July celebrations, our normal operations were significantly impacted. While these circumstances were beyond our control, we understand how frustrating the boarding process and route changes were for our guests. We also apologize that bottled water was not available as expected. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve our preparation and communication during major events. Although we were unable to visit all of the scheduled memorials because of government-imposed road closures, our team worked diligently to provide the best possible experience under the circumstances and safely complete the tour. We appreciate your honest feedback and agree that guests visiting during the Fourth of July holiday should expect significant traffic and access restrictions. We hope you'll consider visiting us again during a non-holiday period so you can experience the full Washington, D.C. night tour as intended. Sincerely, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
The overall tour experience was great. Our guide Kareem was very knowledgeable and engaging. Because we toured over July 4th a lot of the streets were blocked so we missed a few things. Not the tour operator’s fault. I think they handled it quite well. If we are back in DC we would do this tour again. In fact, I’m looking to see what other tours are offered
Dear Lisa, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your night tour and that Kareem's knowledge and engaging storytelling made your experience memorable. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the Fourth of July road closures. The security restrictions were beyond our control, and we're grateful for your kind words about how our team handled the situation. It means a great deal to us that you would choose to tour with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back to Washington, D.C., and we'd be honored to show you one of our other tours on your next visit. Safe travels, and thank you again for choosing RSN Tours! Respectfully, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
We only got to see Jefferson memorial and rode around a lot. Did not go to Iwa Jima museum when we could have crossed the bridge. Being 4th of July was tough to maneuver but they was so much chaos in the beginning of who belongs in what bus to start. The entire night kind of was this way. We saw 1 place off the list.
Dear Randi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The Fourth of July is one of the most challenging days to operate tours in Washington, D.C. Due to extensive road closures, security checkpoints, and traffic restrictions imposed by local authorities, many of our planned stops became inaccessible throughout the evening. While these circumstances were beyond our control, we understand your disappointment and apologize that the tour did not include all of the advertised locations. We also regret that the check-in process felt chaotic. With the unusually large crowds and changing traffic conditions, we worked hard to get guests safely on board, but we recognize there is room for improvement and appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your comments help us improve, especially during major national events, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the full Washington, D.C. tour experience in the future. Respectfully, Regis Owner, RSN Tours

His passion for history makes each tour special. We appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back to RSN Tours! Respectfully, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
Very unorganized getting people on buses. I get it was the 4th of July, but you know how many guests were coming and it was 100 degrees and no water on our bus. Bus was extremely warm as well. Would have brought my own water, but information given said it would provided. Due to road closures we spend most of our time going around the block. Just got off at one point and Uber’d back to our hotel. Very disappointed!
Dear Christine, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. The Fourth of July is one of the busiest and most challenging days to operate tours in Washington, D.C. While we anticipated large crowds, the extensive road closures, security restrictions, and unexpected traffic conditions created delays and limited access to several memorials throughout the evening. We also regret the confusion during boarding and are sorry to hear that the bus was warm and that bottled water was unavailable. Your comments have been shared with our team as we continue improving our operations during major events. We understand your disappointment and are sorry that you chose to end your tour early. Thank you for recognizing the unique challenges of the holiday, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us provide a better experience for future guests. Respectfully, Regis Owner, RSN Tours
