In the Old Town - Castle Square - Royal Castle with the Royal Gardens - Panorama Terrace with a View of the River and the Right District of Praga - Medieval Market Square - City Walls with Barbican - Warsaw Mermaid (Syrenka)
The first stop after the meeting point is the courtyard of the Royal Castle, followed by a walk to the Royal Gardens, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the royal façade of the residence.
We pass by one of the monuments of the Jewish Ghetto border. The guide will explain the fascinating world of the Jewish heritage in Warsaw and also discuss the traumatic circumstances during World War II.
The most important historical event in Warsaw in the previous century was the Warsaw Uprising 1944. It gave the Warsaw people a strong identity, for which they are proud of. The guide will explain in details from the beginning to the outcome of the uprising of 1944.

We took the city tour with Robert, and we really enjoyed it very much. He guided us through the old town and shared many historical backgrounds with the group. The history of Warsaw has many facets, and he conveyed it very vividly and with a lot of knowledge. It was definitely interesting and entertaining, and one learned quite a bit that one did not know about Warsaw before. After the tour, one had a good first impression and could consider whether to explore Warsaw alone or delve deeper into a topic (e.g., the Warsaw Ghetto). We would definitely want to take the next tour with Robert again.
It was a very amusing but also interesting and, above all, informative city tour. With wit, charm, and love for the city, Warsaw was brought to our hearts. Excellent walking tour of Warsaw’s Main Square! Our guide was outstanding—knowledgeable, humorous, and full of fascinating historical references, local culture, and insider information. The tour covered all the major attractions and important locations while making the experience engaging and fun.
