It is a lot of walking. We thought we would be in a golf cart kind of thing. The guide was very accommodating.
The guide, Mrs. Eva, was very prepared, professional and helpful, as well as being a very affable and nice person. I put us at ease and gave us a great tour providing us with comprehensive information about the history of the city, culture, society and famous Polish and, in particular, Warsaw.

Our guide Natalie was very well formed and polite. Was a bit of a challenge finding the starting point (even the guide had the same problem). Grossly overpriced. Not recommended for people who cannot be on their feet for more than 3 hours.
Dear Raman, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about Natalie and are pleased to hear that you found her knowledgeable and polite. We are sorry to learn that the meeting point was difficult to locate and that this caused inconvenience at the start of your tour. We understand how important a smooth beginning is and will review our meeting point instructions to make them clearer for future guests. Regarding the tour length and pacing, this experience is designed as an in-depth walking tour lasting approximately three hours, and we always recommend it for guests who are comfortable spending that time on their feet. Our guide was very soft spoken and her English was poor. She did not have a plan for the tour and expected us to tell her what we wanted to see. She was poorly organized and my partner, who is Polish American, actually knew more than she did about history and had to help her several times with her English. We came away feeling like we learned nothing about Polish history. This was a 4 hour tour that cost $273 and we ended it at 2 hours as it was extremely disappointing. This was the worst experience we have had with a Viator tour and I have booked many times with you here and in the U.S. I will likely look elsewhere in the future. This was grossly inadequate and we felt we were scammed.
Dear Eric, We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. This is far from the standard we aim to provide, and we regret that the guide’s language skills, organization, and knowledge did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important, and we will review this matter carefully with our local partner to ensure such situations do not happen again. We completely understand your frustration, especially given the time and cost involved, and we sincerely apologize that the tour fell short of delivering the value you expected. Please contact us directly with your booking details so we can look into a possible resolution. Best regards, RosoTravel Team
The guide did not speak decent English, so it was hard to understand and pretty impossible to effectively communicate.

We wanted to see inside the royal castle so opted for the 6-hr tour. However, this was a bit much given the hot weather and we had to cut the tour short. There is lots of walking involved and definitely something to consider with the high temperatures outside. For the part of the tour we participated in, it was good. We enjoyed seeing inside the castle and learning about its history. We also appreciated seeing the childhood house of Maria Sklodowska-Curie. The guide was happy to share Warsaw history with us and we had a good time. Thank you for a nice tour!
Dear adak727, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed seeing the Royal Castle, learning about its history, and visiting the childhood home of Maria Skłodowska-Curie. We understand that the hot weather and the walking involved made the full 6-hour tour challenging, and we appreciate your comments. This helps us provide better guidance to future guests about pacing and comfort during longer tours. We are pleased that, for the portion you participated in, you had a good time and enjoyed learning about Warsaw’s rich history. Your kind words about the guide will be passed along—they will be delighted to hear them. Thank you for choosing Rosotravel. We hope to welcome you again on another tour in the future.
