Had a great personalised tour with family that showed us the history of Warsaw up close and personal, the guide was knowledgeable and ensured our experience was one we will be talking about for a long time, highly reccomened this tour company.
Pawel our guide spoke English very well and was very inspired. An all enthusiasm. He took us to places you don't know about and also let us free in the interpretation of the trip. He also sprinkled with tips where you could go out and taste Polish cuisine. The transport was also a great experience and we ourselves were a sight.
My expectations were way too high for this tour. Up front I'll say that it was a hot day and they do warn you that the retro bus is not air conditioned, but it was nearly unbearable inside. That aside, the tour was totally underwhelming. The guide was mediocre and offered next to no information about what we were seeing. His English was limited, too, which made it harder. Not that the ONLY place you enter on thus tour is the Museum of Life Under Communism (which is tiny)....nothing more. This tour was not worth the price or time.
Hello, we apologize for the hot in car. Vans are old and we inform before the trip that there is no AC. About the guide we are surprised as we work with Kacper many years and all other guests were very satisfied about his english and informations given during the tour.
Arturo was amazing!! He took us on a fun trip around the town and educated our group. The teenagers in our group even loved it and said it was one of the tours they have ever had! Strongly suggest!
Thank You Andrea. We are glad that You enjoyed the tour:)
We learnt so much more about Warsaws history, it really was a fascinating way to see the city. Our vehicle was so quirky but an absolutely perfect way to get around. Our guide was so interesting and knowledgeable.
Thank You very much. We are glad that You enjoyed the tour:)
We went on a chartered tour, but it was reasonably priced, plus the guide/driver was ironic throughout, and it was a funny story, and it ended in 3 hours very quickly. It rattles a little bit with the old van, but it's also quaint. He actually explained to me on the spot what it was like in communist Warsaw, or which road building was from this period or new, and I thought about the people of Warsaw back then. Mr. Guide was in his thirties, but it was impressive to hear his grandfather and father say that he was the first generation not to experience a battle, and I realized that the Communist era was not long ago.
Thank You very much. We are glad that You enjoyed the tour:)
The driver was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The bus itself, cute and perhaps a bit uncomfortable for some (we were fine) but do realize, it isn't a comfort sedan! That is part of the experience. We live in Warsaw but had a friend visit and it was just right for both parties. There were spots they took us to and explained that we did not know about. The museum was interesting and our guide did a good job explaining.
Thank You very much. We are glad that You enjoyed the tour:)
Sadly it was a super rainy cold day during or tour but that’s life ! The pink Nysa pick us up on time outside the Hard Rock Cafe. It was so cool to travel round in this old van even if it was pink! The stops we made where interesting and our tour guide was very knowledgeable really enjoyed the life under communism museum! My only regret is not getting a photo with the van but the weather didn’t help this factor and my own fault for forgetting! Very enjoyable tour would recommend
Thank You Laura, It was a pleasure to take you on the trip. All the best!
With an ancient vehicle we visit the main points to review the communist experience, including the MUSEU. Very prepared guide and well chosen locations. I RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Muchas gracias por vuestra opinion! Estamos mut contentos que os gusto nuestro tour!
Original experience to discover Warsaw in the communist era... Liza’s anecdotes, our guide, immersed us in the history of this great city and made us want to explore other facets. Very little follower of guided tours, this one changed my mind on the issue. I recommend it without hesitation!
Thank You Sarah:) We are happy that you enjoyed the tour!
