It was a bad experience due to very rude staff and a lot of workers need to change their attitudes if this is a family friendly park full of children.
Although we have been to WDW many times this trip could have been better. Why? Lack of available water to drink. We asked at many vendors only to be told oh, it a mile in that direction. We couldn't find any water bottle filling stations. The result heat exhaust. Dehydration. WDW needs to pick up there game. Not a good expirence.
Disney World is great if you have a disability. They offered a courtesy wheelchair to take to our bus stop (which happened to be the furthest away) when we dropped off our ECV. They even tell you to just leave it at the stop and they will retrieve it! Super nice and understanding staff. Because my disability is heart related, it is not apparent. We were at Disneyland in January with the same issue and there were no courtesy chairs, the monorail which would have gotten is much closer to our hotel was not running and the nasty lady at the desk looked at me and said “You’ll have to walk “. Forget Disneyland. I’ll pick Florida every time.
Easy to use appto book tickets, price was competitive for 4 days hopper pass. Over all satisfied and will book again.
I booked a very expensive resort and ticket package, mentioning that my son has autism and really loved Disney due to the virtual queue system they have which means he can't stand in line for long. A few weeks out from the trip he injured his knee and I upgraded to a preferred location room to minimise walking, again mentioning the virtual queue when I was asked whether I would need wheelchair hire/accessibility. On the first morning we were ready to go to Hollywood Studios and had the video call with the Disney accessibility team, who refused the accessibility assistance with no reason given. This is for a child who requires a lot of special assistance just to be able to attend school, and who needs a stable routine or it literally feels like his world falls apart. Unfortunately he then had a meltdown and refused to leave the room. We tried again to contact the accessibility team but were refused assistance again, so for the week we were on resort would just go to the parks for an hour or so and do a couple of smaller rides with no queue. It seems Disney has drastically reduced accessibility for children with autism, and their booking team would have known this but happily took my money on 2 occasions without mentioning that we might not get the virtual queue we were relying on. If they had mentioned this we would have been able to pre warn our son, and either book fast passes or cancel the trip. Disney also don't allow you to have a video call until you arrive in the US, so I honestly felt somewhat trapped in the hotel, and also feel robbed as Disney have taken my money under false pretences

These were great!! Cheaper than direct but an e-ticket that you can put into your app just like you bought directly from Disney! We had a group of 6 that all got a day park hoppers and had no issues! Definitely recommend!!
What a mess. Most rides break down either whilst being on them, when queuing and some don’t run at all. Wait times are insane mostly down to the “two tier” system they have running called lightning lane, where the wealthy can pay to skip the line. This is well outside of Walt Disneys vision of equal opportunity for all families. What a run down, corporate greed mess this place has descended into. A million miles away from the Disney experience in the 80s and 90s. Shame on you Disney!
Worst waste of money of my life.. We paid hundreds of dollars spent the whole day at Disney World.Maybe win on 2 rides, possibly 3.It was horrible not worth the money at all. I would give -stars if I could.
Got a three day pass and was able to see theee differant parks. Do your research and you will be able to fit as much as possible for the price of the tickets.
