I thoroughly enjoyed this walking tour! I would never had learned so much information and seen so many sights on my own. It was a large but good group. Pace was good. Our tour guide, Sharrat, was wonderful and she shared a lot of information in a fun way! Thank you Sharrat and I highly recommend this walking tour.
Stefan was great! Really enjoyed it, totally recommend.
The tour was fine. The guide was really nice, but tbh I was getting kind of bored. I feel like you could do this walking tour yourself. Also the guide didn’t use a mic so it was hard to hear her when cars were passing by. Not a terrible tour, just not great
Excellent walking tour of Old Stockholm with Joseph and Josephine - very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Sweden , loved it ❤️
Interestingly , think about the shoes . We found out things we had a clue about even though we had previous experience of the Old Town. You even got some immersion of what it could be like to live here several hundred years ago. We had a good guide and we did the tour in English.
Our tour guide was amazing and very excited to explain and make us feel comfortable walking for 2 hours. My 13 years old daughter enjoyed every moment, it wasn’t boring at all. We learned a lot in those 2 hours! Highly recommended!!!
A very informative fun city tour with an excellent host Alexandra. A really enjoyable insight into Swedish life and the history of Stockholm. Just the right measure of history and fun facts which kept our attention. Thank you it was a great experience. Karen and Mark
The tour was very well organized. The guide encouraged questions. We saw all the major sites in Gamla stan so there was a lot of walking. I encourage you to take the tour.
It was awesome! We had a guide that was very knowledgeable and she was theatrical which made her presentation terrific!
The Tour guy decided not to schedule any agents to come to this tour. I was waiting along with another couple the Tour couple never showed up. I texted them. They never responded in time. The other couple called them. They did not answer. I then chatted with viator who was insulting and said did we show up to the right place. I said well if I’m here another couple is here and the produce vendor said it’s the right place. We are in the right place. Viator was able to reach the tour guide to here. No we didn’t schedule anybody. How pathetic is that they advertise they will do something they don’t you’re on your vacation and you have a set schedule and then they just seem to think oh you can just show up tomorrow. Never go with this company and honestly in the future, I will never be using viator as they hire subcontractors who had this attitude
The time slot was opened due to a technical error. This tour was not on our schedule, and we immediately explained this to you. We promptly refunded you in full and offered you a free place on another tour. Unfortunately, you ignored these facts and instead published a review containing inaccurate statements. We sincerely hope this isolated technical error, fully resolved with a refund and an alternative offer, remains one of the biggest and most terrible inconveniences you encounter throughout your life and travels. We wish you an ideal future free from unexpected errors and glitches. Best of luck, pierrot a
