Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

We loved the girl who did our tour, she said she had lived in Waco her whole life. She was friendly, knew lots of interesting facts, had a great sense of humor and talked loud enough and distinctly so we could all hear. We had been looking forward to coming to Waco for a long time, and we were not disappointed.
