Itinerary
Travelers will start their day by visiting Vung Tau Beach, one of Vietnam’s most popular seaside destinations. The wide stretch of golden sand and gentle waves make it ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Guests will have time to relax, walk along the shoreline, or enjoy a refreshing coconut drink while taking in the peaceful ocean views.
Travelers will visit Christ the King Statue, one of the most iconic landmarks in Vung Tau. Standing 32 meters tall on Mount Nho, the statue offers panoramic views of the coastline. To reach the top, guests will climb approximately 1,000 steps through a lush hillside path. At the summit, visitors can enter the statue and walk along the arms for a spectacular ocean view. The experience is both spiritual and scenic, and a highlight of any trip to Vung Tau.
Travelers will visit the Whale Temple, also known as Thang Tam Temple, an important spiritual site for local fishermen. This beautifully decorated temple honors the Whale God (Cá Ông), believed to protect fishermen at sea. The guide will share local legends and explain the traditional rituals still practiced today.
Explore the French-colonial architecture of the White Palace (Bach Dinh), once used as a retreat for colonial governors. Travelers can admire its elegant design, historical artifacts, and panoramic views of the coastline from the hilltop. The guide will provide insight into its role during the French and Nguyễn dynasties.
Cape Nghinh Phong is the southernmost point of Vung Tau and offers stunning views of the ocean on both sides. Travelers will enjoy a short walk along the cape, breathe the fresh sea air, and take photos from this windswept, open cliff. It’s one of the most Instagrammable spots in Vung Tau.

A good cultural experience trip. Huy our guide was very informative. But we were a bit rushed to get through each sight ! We did manage to climb on the very top of the Christ statue and had an amazing panoramic view of the city! But we didn’t get to see the light house, because of renovation!
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cultural experience and the panoramic view from the Jesus Christ Statue, and that Huy provided informative guidance. We apologize that the lighthouse was closed for renovation during your visit and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you again on another trip in the future.
