- It is mandatory to carry the original ID or passport on the day of the visit. Without them you will not be able to access the monument.
- No changes are accepted, either of date or ticket holders due to the regulations of the monument.
- Baby carrier backpacks can be purchased free of charge in the ticket offices of the monument
- Remember to arrive 10 min before the start of the tour. Being late means losing the visit and the right to a refund.
- This tour takes place on foot in cobblestone areas and with some slopes. Not fully accessible for electric wheelchairs or scooters. Folding wheelchairs can be used with assistance, but escort is required. The Generalife includes flights with stairs. If you have specific mobility needs, please contact us before booking.
- From Thursday, April 10, until its completion, access to the “Tower of Arms” in the Alcazaba compound will remain closed to the itinerary of public visitation due to the renovation works of its roof.

Tickets for the full Alhambra were sold out and we decided to make this one. It was a fantastic visit and our guide Maria Jesus was lovely, a super fun visit.
