My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Roberto, the owner, last week. Roberto put so much care into the preparation and execution of our tour. He sent us messages beforehand to ensure we knew where we were going and was very gracious in being flexible when we arrived an hour early for our tour. We learned so much about the trees, olive making process, and different regions and types of olives. To top it off, a happy surprise was that our tour was just for the two of us. The whole experience made us feel like VIPs. Also, the views alone from his farm were breathtaking. I highly recommend booking this experience! One planning note: the farm is up a rural mountain drive that is sometimes tight for American drivers, especially the last corner right before the farm, though we navigated it fine.

Roberto was a good guide. Very informative. The trees 🌳 and harvesting technique was interesting. The oil tasting was delicious. Highly recommend.

We loved learning about the process of making olive oil. We were there during harvest time so we were able to see them harvest the olives. The process and the machinery to turn olives into oil was throughly explained. If you want to see the machines used, I suggest going later in the afternoon. We also were able to taste the difference between police oil from this year and from last year. Finally, he took us to the oldest olive tree in Italy. What an experience for the price.

Great your - only about 45 min. Roberto was super informative and very fun to be around - and super helpful w tips for us about Trevi and the region. Olive oil was great and pretty inexpensive.

Sunshine in a bottle! We took a drive to see if we could watch the olive harvest during our 2011 Trevi stay. We followed signs to Olio Venturini up a steep winding hill toward Bovara and found and knocked on a small door where we were warmly greeted by the family. We saw the harvest and the olives pressed at the mill. Then we received our oil shipment home in Seattle a week after it was pressed. We have had Venturini oil shipped to us for the last 13 years, and we open our kitchen to family and friends to share our olio nuovo! …..And then enjoy the oil daily for the rest of the year.
