In Fushimi Inari we will visit one of the most important Shinto shrines in Kyoto, famous for its thousands of red torii ascending the mountain. We will walk part of its paths, discover small altars and traditional corners, as well as the characteristic fox statues that act as messengers of Inari, and learn about the relationship of the sanctuary with this deity linked to prosperity, rice and business.

In Otani Hombyo we will visit a quiet and historically filled Buddhist compound linked to the Jodo Shinshu tradition. We will walk through its approaches, gardens and prayer areas, discovering a less touristy place that allows us to approach a more spiritual and silent facet of Kyoto. In addition, we will take a brief step through the Otani Cemetery, before continuing to Kiyomizu-dera.

In Kiyomizu-dera we will visit one of the most emblematic temples in Kyoto, famous for its large wooden platform with panoramic views of the city. We will tour its premises, discover its main buildings and learn about the history and traditions linked to this important Buddhist temple, located in the heart of the historic Higashiyama neighborhood.
