If you are staying in Miami Beach but outside of South Beach (north of 23rd Street), we will send you the closest meeting point near your hotel. For all guests staying outside of Miami Beach, pickups are only available at Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami). Please note: We do not offer hotel pickups outside of the Miami Beach area. Driving? If you are driving, we recommend meeting us at Bayside Marketplace, as the tour starts and ends there. Parking is available at the main entrance, making it easy to access your vehicle once the tour is finished.

We had an incredible private Miami city tour in a luxury car with Manuel as our tour guide. From start to finish, everything was perfect. extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and he truly made Miami come alive with his stories, history, and local insights. The luxury vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The tour felt very personalized, relaxed, and never rushed. Manuel took us to the most iconic spots in Miami and also shared hidden gems we would have never discovered on our own. Overall excellent but slightly let down by Little Havana section. This felt like a sales pitch eg cigar shop then souvenir shop then shirt shop, then some rubbish bar. That said the rest was excellent and very informative. We would do it again but make it clear that we would not do the sales pitches !

I was completely shocked when 3 hours before our tour was to start, and, after calling Sunny Miami Tours directly to confirm our reservation a week before, I received an email stating the company canceled our reservation! Calls to the company for an explanation went unanswered. TripAdvisor/Viator attempted to help with a different company, but could not accommodate us on such short notice. Stuff happens, but this felt unprofessional on many levels. I was glad I booked through TripAdvisor, however, because I was issued a full refund immediately. Wow wow wow.

We booked this experience for approximately €40 for two people, a strange price for a private car, but the reviews were excellent. Unfortunately, we were unable to participate because the meeting point was completely unclear. We couldn't contact the provider by phone, and they never replied to our email. There was no one to ask or register with. It seemed like a complete scam.

We had a wonderful time on our tour, our guide was wonderful, and showed us some great areas in Miami. We enjoyed mojitos, the lunch we had was delicious, and we had a great time shopping.

It's nice to see Wynwood and Ocean Drive, but the Little Havana section seems a bit rushed. The Miami City Adventure experience wasn't bad, but it didn't live up to expectations either. The guide was sharing information, but sometimes it wasn't very detailed. The whole tour was okay, but I expected better management according to the price.

The Art Deco, Wynwood & Little Havana tour was a vibrant and engaging way to see different sides of Miami. I loved the mix of architecture, colorful street art, and Cuban culture — especially the coffee stop and time in Little Havana. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and the transportation was comfortable. That said, confirming the time and pick-up location was stressful. I messaged through the Viator app but never got a response. I had to track down the company’s email via their website, and they didn’t reply until about an hour before pick-up. Everything worked out in the end, but clearer and more timely communication would have made the experience smoother.

We booked at the last minute and they were able to accomodate us. Manuel was an informative and funny tour guide. We went to South Beach, Downtown, Little Havana, the mural walls, and Coconut Grove. In Little Havana, he had us drink coffee the way Cubans do it, took us to a Cuban Cigar shop and we got to see how cigars are made, and had us try some Cuban meat pies that were so delicious. In South Beach, he was out photographer and pointed out several interesting facts regarding movie history in the area.. He played music to correspond to each different area. The tour was about 3 hours and next time we are in Miami, I will book again because we had so much fun.
