Very good service from Thûy (Emily) and helped us also book our taxi to our hotel and back to the airport during their new year. Usually quite hard to get a taxi back to the airport during their new year and she helped us pre book it.

E sim failed to materialise on phone as i was not aware it had to be activated at airport. Therefpre unable to use app and had to by a physical sim.

According to our records, the customer did not come to our airport counter to redeem the SIM and did not contact us via the Viator messaging system or WhatsApp for eSIM activation or assistance. The activation process and support channels are clearly described in the booking details, and if we had been contacted, we would have immediately assisted with activation or provided an alternative solution. The statement that the eSIM “failed to materialise” is therefore not correct, as the product was neither redeemed nor was any request for help made. Unfortunately, this review presents an incomplete and misleading account of the situation, which may confuse future customers. We are always ready to support travelers, but assistance can only be provided when the customer contacts us through the listed channels.
After two days I received a text message that my GB is used up. How is that supposed to work at 5GB a day? The text reaches me at 7 a.m. So I'm supposed to have used up the 5GB while sleeping and while I was in the hotel Wi-Fi? For me, this is cheating! So that one is forced to top up GB at an extra cost. I am not helped via the Viettel WhatsApp number. How can this go on for three weeks of travel?

Der Verbrauch der 5 GB trat nur an einem einzelnen Tag auf und wurde durch Hintergrundanwendungen wie automatische iCloud-Backups oder App-Updates verursacht. Es gab keinerlei Aufforderung, zusätzliches Datenvolumen gegen Aufpreis zu kaufen. Nachdem die entsprechenden Einstellungen angepasst wurden, trat das Problem nicht erneut auf und die SIM funktionierte anschließend normal. Daher spiegelt diese Bewertung den tatsächlichen Ablauf leider nicht korrekt wider. ⸻ Thank you for your feedback. After you contacted our hotline, we checked the case immediately. The 5 GB usage occurred on one single day only and was caused by background apps such as automatic iCloud backups or updates. There was no attempt to sell additional data at any point. Once the settings were adjusted, the issue did not happen again, and the SIM continued working normally. For this reason, the review does not accurately reflect the situation.
