You are unlikely to find a burger van here, but there are many locals making banh mi, pho, and Vietnamese pancakes. The street food is always very affordable and easy to come by, especially in the busier areas of town. Alongside healthy and savory meals, you can find food vendors selling desserts such as ice cream, rice puddings, and baked goods.

We had a wonderful street food tour with curry. He was a great guide and showed us secret corners in Hanoi. The restaurants he chose were excellent. Also the motorcycle tour and the Jeep Tour the next day was great. We can definitely recommend this.

Great tour to see the life of locals. Only thing I would change is the pre ordered food selection at the predetermined restaurant. It would have been nice to be asked what we'd prefer or rather what not to order. Chicken fried rice I can cook at home.
