Absolutely dreadful meal - Banyan Tree should be ashamed. Avoid this place at all costs - and the costs are high!! Full of instagrammers taking selfies, terrible service, poor quality food and a huge bill to show for it. Wake up Banyan Tree and make some improvements here.

what about , the lovely place with a breathtaking view and great Quality of food all but stained by the organization of the event since it was a prepaid in Hong Kong dollars (but the dinner was not in Bangkok...?!) why was not required payment in Thai Baths? also exorbitant price and drinks aside (expensive). not to be repeated

If your payment was processed in Hong Kong Dollars, it’s likely because you were browsing the Hong Kong version of the website, which automatically displays and charges in that currency. This is not an error on our part. We also noticed that these concerns were not raised with our staff during your visit. Speaking with the team on the night would have allowed us to address any issues immediately and ensure you had the best possible experience. Not their fault, It was rained out, booking through trip adviser makes getting a refund difficult to impossible. Would not book through trip advisor

Atmosphere was great, the weather is nice and soft wind and it is spaced out nicely that no matter where you sit you'll have a fantastic view. Food and drinks are great however on the expensive side (but normal prices for hotels)

Wonderful view!!! 360* and lights from all over Bangkok! Flawless attention and delicious food! A quiet atmosphere with a lot of style. A whole experience reach the 61st floor, a quiet and fast elevator, a very cool decoration- Super recommended!

We had a fantastic experience here! We had booked a set menu package via Get Your Guide and got to choose our own three-course meal. Great price for such a nice restaurant. The service was absolutely amazing, and we even received a free photo of us at the end of the evening. The food was delicious, and there was nothing to complain about!

The view was the most memorable but the service was terrible. They had a large party and we were forgotten. They did not offer any apologies or compensation.

Special anniversary dinner and reservations. Food arrived lukewarm and was fair. In middle of dinner, we were asked to move to a different table so that they could combine our original table to seat four guests. We were dismayed but complied. My lavender hand sanitizer spray disappeared in the transfer. So disappointing for a special occasion and inflated prices. Very sad way to treat guests.

The waiter asked if you could move, you said yes? All you have to do is say no. I see on CCTV this was no issue by all parties. For your hand sanitiser, we cant comment as you did not book any transfer with us. Also please let us know that this is a special anniversary as you did not request this with us and we usually provide a cake if we know in time. You did not make any request with us, Thanks, Paul
