The bus was comfortable with mostly working AC. The Palace guide was good, but the heat made the trip unreasonable. When I injured my leg on the Palace stairs, the app for the tour sponsor, City Wonders, prevented me from contacting their staff to request a return to the bus. I will not support this tour and thrir poor communication.
Good communication with tour operator prior to tour, comfortable bus w/mostly working AC, and good driver for nice smooth ride. Tour guide was great with interesting and funny historical details. However, the length of the Palace tour with no where to rest combined with the heat was horrible. I would not recommend the tour after the temp exceeds 30 C. We cut our walk short through Palace gardens because of the heat. Finally, the tour operator, City Wonders, encouraged downloading their app to maintain communication during the tour, but their system failed miserably when I injured my leg and their app's AI prevented me from contacting their staff. Overall, there was both good and bad on this tour.
It was just the right amount of guide for half a day trip and very pleasant experience learning about the history and background stories od each of the rooms at Versailles. Highly recommend it!

Our guide Helin was very professional and organized and had a sweet demeanor
A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The bus arrived right on time, which set a great tone for the day. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, making the trip all the more memorable. The exhibition itself was a real highlight — well-curated and fascinating to explore. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a smooth, well-organised outing.
Awesome experience with the tour guide Oomar
Helin was fantastic! She was so friendly, patient, and helpful with my older mom that hurt her knee while we were in Paris and could not walk.
Our guide fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the palace, the history, the royal family, etc. She was extremely patient and helpful with my 79 yr old mother who was struggling with a knee that she hurt while in Paris that prevented her from walking normally.
