I thought it was a scam. The exhibition was very short and the visit ended up focusing entirely on selling products at exaggerated prices. Very rude and impolite staff. Furthermore, they insisted so much that we pay in cash that it was uncomfortable. Upon leaving, we verified that other stores in town sold the same products 6 times cheaper. Very disappointed that they allow these practices. I wanted to use my parents' credits to buy in the store (€20), and they told me they had already been used. It is a shame how they swindle and rob people to their faces. I WOULD NOT RETURN, and I will not recommend it.
Amazing experience learning about the art of glass blowing, the history of it, and seeing all the designs. I highly recommend!
This was an incredible experience. Knowledgeable guide spoke multiple languages and the glass master was amazing—such an artist. He whipped up multiple beautiful glasses and even an intricate horse scripture while we were there. We were all speechless.
Amazing experience, world class - thank you Luka & glass factory
The glasswork is interesting, but we had taken a tour in French and most of the explanations are in English. 4 to 5 sentences in English for 1 sentence in French. 3 minutes of explanations in English for 30 seconds in French. Our grandson had difficulty keeping up. What a shame!
One of the best experiences ever! We loved seeing how crystal objects. We wanted you buy everything. If you are a crystal and glass lover, you should take the opportunity.
My fellow travelers and I enjoyed this glass making demonstration in a real glass making factory. The host explained the process while the artisan made several different types of Murano glass. We also received a £10 credit to spend in the gift shop where there are many beautiful items to choose from. It was a fun way to learn about this ancient craft.
Unfortunately, no German presentation. For someone who does not understand English very well, the story is hard to grasp. But watching the glassblowers is self-explanatory.
I only gave this two stars because of the craftsmanship and work of the two glass makers in the factory part of the tour. They were wonderful and clearly very talented. The rest of the tour felt like a pressure cooker to try and get us to buy something. The “guide” was arrogant and did not answer any questions very well. Nor did he provide much commentary to guide us through what the artisans were doing. At the end, we were shuttled through an extensive display of what we’re gorgeous, glass, sculptures, and other items, and the gentleman essentially hovered expecting us to buy something. I found the whole thing very disappointing. Don’t recommend.
Great experience and demonstration! Absolutely beautiful pieces of art! Highly recommend it to anyone!
