Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date. Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points. Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

Was expecting just a taxi for 2, ended up being a shared taxi with 2 other couples. The price we paid should have been shared , we paid £107.50 for this journey. Communication was good from the taxi company regarding time & location.
I was nervous about trusting a water bus + land bus to get us to the airport on time since there was often a huge wait with July crowds so I looked for a shared water taxi option. This was perfect. I booked it and then 24 hours later they confirmed the pick spot and location with a pin so I could find it. Make sure you put your hotel name when you book so they can match you to the right location. The only confusing part is that there are many water taxis in the location we were getting picked up at near San Marco square so we had to ask around for the right company. When the guide arrived he called our name and waved me over. Be mindful that the shared taxi can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour to get to the airport depending on how many people it needs to pick up and drop off at other locations, so plan that into your schedule. An excellent option if you don’t want to deal with crowds and lugging luggage on and off busy water buses + land bus.
The price is not worth it - just take the bus or hire your own private taxi. The communication is terrible - they did not pick me up where they said they would and I had to call a separate water taxi at a cost of €160. Completely unacceptable and no refund
Details of pick up provided by Viator was an office near the bus station in Venice who were unable to confirm where the actual pick up was. Back and forth chat on the app over 2 days confirmed the location however this could have been avoided had the information been correct in the first place. Stress you don’t need whilst enjoying your holiday.

The taxi was late. There was another pickup on the trip as well and it seemed like the taxi was late enough that those travelers made alternative arrangements.
The Airport water transfer was great. Free of stress and worry. There was a dock right outside our hotel where we were picked up and brought straight to the airport. The ride was a fun experience.
Was aware prior to booking that it wasn’t a private transfer so it was exactly as described. No real concerns
Booked for return to Venice airport for early flight home. Easily booked but had to contact them a couple of times to identify time and location of pick up. Taxi arrived on time with friendly driver. Nice trip up the Grand Canal and over to airport picking up a couple of other travellers en route.
Driver was ready for us as we arrived a little early. Meeting point was a 3 min walk. He got us to the airport quickly but was mad at the amount of luggage we had. In USA a carry on can be a small suitcase. He considered that a second suitcase and was very short with us. We all fit with plenty of room.
Fantastic meet and great experience!! What a way to enter Venice, in style. I felt like I was in a Bond movie!
