Once we got our luggage the desk was easy to find. Beautiful boat ride to our stop.
The water taxis are great, however booking through Viator was confusing and took forever to get “out” boat. No instructions were provided and the boat captains were not as helpful as they could have been.
Perfect way to arrive especially at night. Fast and efficient. Friendly service.
Only a 20 minute wait to get the boat and be on our way. Fascinating experience from Marco Polo airport to our hotel.
We enjoyed the expedite boat ride from the airport to the foot steps of our hotel. It is a must try service coming to Venice.

Desk #71 was hard to find. The direction is not quite detailed like what floor is it or if we have to take an elevator & where exactly it is located quite confusing. Other than that it was a pleasant smooth ride, our driver was great!
We had a dinner reservation and our next shared boat would leave late. However, our guide managed to place us to the next available boat, providing excellent service! But if you don’t want to wait for anyone, private taxi (not shared) is recommended.
Nice and easy transfer, dearer than public transport but worth the extra to access accommodation in a reasonable time. Not only transport but a good opportunity for sightseeing on the way to accommodation.
