Helen was lovely and very knowledgeable.
Elena is easy to talk to and gave an amazing tour. She also has a great smile and is easy on the eyes as well. If you're late to the boat you get to buy her a spritz which may be a bonus.
A really enjoyable trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was clean and well driven. Both Murano and Burano were beautiful locations and the visits to glassblowing, lace making and bakery very enjoyable.
It was a well organised afternoon tour. Despite the heat, the guide did a great job. She was very helpfull and gave a good explanation. The price was a little bit high compared to the short demonstrations.
