They will conduct a game drive in Serengeti and the main focus is the game viewing of the great migration in this wilderness. The great migrations in the central and northern Serengeti make an extra-ordinary moment especially those who wish to travel in the months of May to December. The concentration of predators in the Serengeti is high with large pride of lion, numerous hyena clans, and regular sightings of both cheetah and Leopard. Elephant, buffalo, giraffe, and antelope can be found feeding on the rich plains as well as some of the lesser-known species such as aardwolf, mongoose, caracal, servals, and hyrax.

Trip of a lifetime

We really loved the whole trip. The Serengeti was fabulous, the Great Migration was heart pounding and finding the animals for photography was as challenging as it was fun. We recommend making the trip north for the Great Migration. We recommend setting up a Maasai encounter; they are warm and welcoming and you don't understand Tanzania without meeting them. We thought the balloon ride over the Serengeti to celebrate our anniversary was over the top. You don't need to buy a safari wardrobe, but avoiding bright colors is good. A good zoom lens for your camera is invaluable. Binocs are very helpful as well. Take a book of the wildlife of east Africa. We marked off first sitings and location as a way to remember what we saw where. Our guide Leonard Mangena was superlative. Trip of a lifetime.
