Extremely comprehensive...

Extremely comprehensive and impressive tour of a traditional olive oil mill. Enrico was fantastic. And the olive oil was great - we were able to taste it with bruschetta and separately as well.

Great personal experience!

Enrico took a lot of time to show me the beautiful plantation and the really impressive oil mill and explain everything. Even if you have visited another mill before, you certainly haven't seen such a handcrafted production process. The subsequent tasting was extraordinarily delicious and with a good conversation with Enrico very personal and friendly. All in all a great experience that is highly recommended! PS: take a bottle of the particularly good and really valuable oil with you!
