Uluwatu Sunset Tour is one of the most famous Bali Half Day Tours to visit interesting places in southern part of Bali. Next trip is watching Kecak and Fire Dance which is located beside the temple. The dance is a special dance performance is that the accompanying music is provided by the human voice, the gamelan suara, a choir of a hundred men or more sitting in concentric circles, swaying, standing up, lying prone as the story develops. Uluwatu Temple is one of the best tourist destination to visit during the sunset time and this place is very crowded by tourist everyday. Balinese called this temple is Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of six key temples believed to be Bali spiritual pillars. We were very happy with our excursion to the Fire Dance and Jimbaran Dinner at the beach.Our driver Ketut Putra met us with a smile and friendly greeting. He arrived early to give us more time to travel comfortably. He was very knowledgeable about the various historical sites and buildings along the way which he shared with us. He made us feel safe and at ease as a driver in difficult busy traffic. He is an outstanding driver and tour guide. Once at the temple he took photos for us as he explained various statues and buildings. The views of the cliffs are amazing. Ketut informed us about being safety conscious with the monkeys but we had only a good experience with the monkeys. The Fire Dance was very interesting . The costumes and performers amazing but...I think the venue has over sold tickets and they squeeze way too many people into the venue to the point we were uncomfortable. Overall a good cultural experience and the driver made the day enjoyable with his insights into Balinese life. I highly recommend this tour.
This was a fantastic experience which allowed a greater understanding of the Balinese people and their beliefs. Our provided seafood meal was great and The outing was made all the more memorable due to great kindness and assistance provided by our wonderful driver, Ketut Putra. He was extremely patient and assisted my husband in his walking with a cane.

We were picked up from our hotel in Canggu. Due to heavy traffic, the journey to Uluwatu took about 3.5 hours instead of the expected 2 hours. This was a little disappointing because it gave us less time to enjoy the breathtaking views before we had to head almost straight to the show. The Kecak Fire Dance was absolutely spectacular, especially with the beautiful sunset as a backdrop. It was an unforgettable experience. After the performance, our driver was waiting for us and took us to the restaurant for dinner. The location was stunning, right on the beach overlooking the sea. We enjoyed a delicious meal before being driven back to our hotel. Fortunately, the return journey was smooth and much faster. Despite the traffic on the way there, this excursion was very well organized and is definitely worth recommending.
