Itinerary
After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to the Hoover Dam. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Dam is around 45 minutes each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the way. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with, reclining seats, video monitors and over-sized windows.
Enjoy a brief stop for photos at the historic and world-famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" Sign.
Enjoy phenomenal views of Hoover Dam, admire the beauty of Lake Mead and see the colorful Arizona Paint Pots in stark contrast against the volcanic rocks of Black Mountain.

- This tour is not recommended for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia, has a pacemaker or defibrillator. Tours are conducted in confined spaces and in a power plant with generators emitting electromagnetic frequencies.
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus.
- Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Please note: depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.

The experience was beautiful. The lack of air conditioning on the bus on a 106-110 degree day was unacceptable. I was drenched in sweat! The driver Chris was amazing and tried to accommodate us as well as he could. Overall the Hoover dam was worth it.
Great experience. On time and his commentary on the drive over was an awesome addition.

Tour of dam packed 50 people in the elevator 2 different times and could not hear tour guide due to the machines pumping the water

The tour was great ! The guide/ bus driver was very informative and friendly. Not to sound like an old codger,but if people would be more courteous and not talk all during the narration, the experience would be even better. I think everyone knows how to whisper.

Our driver Chris was very informative. He knew tons of facts about Las Vegas, Boulder City and the Dam. This is the perfect tour if you don’t want to be away for most of the day.

The driver was very informative and took his time in explaining things. Thats where the good part ends... The extended van was very uncomfortable and the ride was terrible. The AC was just as bad. The driver asked for tips and even suggested the amount we give, not very cool. Than we got dropped off at the Aria, not the Bellegio and had to take a tram...this added about 1/2 mile of walking just to get back to where we were picked up...crazy Also the trip was estimated at 4 to 5 hrs...it was 6hrs 15 mins. I would never use this company again Greg Alexander...

We do apologize for the A/C situation you experienced. All of the coaches used by Gray Line are maintained to the highest industry standards, yet even the best maintained equipment has trouble coping with the extreme temperatures the American Southwest is currently experiencing. On the date of your tour temperatures in the shade at Hoover Dam were close to 120 degrees which is a challenging situations for motorcoach A/C units. We are sorry that this affected your day. I also want to say that we will be talking to, not only your driver, but all of our staff about the requests for tips. Finally, regarding the estimated excursion time- these are for our actual tours and do not include the complimentary pickup and drop off service, which is never meant to be part of the tour, simply a money saving courtesy we extend to our guess. In closing, I want to once again apologize for missing your sightseeing expectations, and I want to wish you all the best in your future travel experiences.
