- All Uffizi Gallery visitors must provide their full name and date of birth when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
- Timed entry tickets must be collected 15 minutes in advance. You’ll skip the ticket office queue and use a separate entrance for security checks. Admission includes permanent and temporary exhibitions. Whispers are provided for groups of 5+. Ticket price: 29 euro.
- Free entry to the Cathedral (Duomo) is limited to the main area. Opening hours: 10:15 a.m.–3:15 p.m. Entry during masses or events is restricted, and wait times may reach an hour.
- The 3- and 5-hour options include an estimated 1-hour round-trip transfer, depending on distance and traffic. A sedan is arranged for up to 4 people, and a van for 5+.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery.
- One guide can lead up to 16 people, with a group fee for 10+. For 17–32 participants, two guides will be arranged.

ROSOTRAVEL Never again! I booked a 4-hour private tour of the Uffizi Gallery, the old town, and the Florence Cathedral for my husband and me well in advance. I also paid the full tour price of €640.00 10 days in advance. The day before the tour, I received conflicting WhatsApp messages and emails. Sometimes the tour was scheduled to start an hour later, then four hours later, and then back to the original time. Long story short: No tickets were booked in advance for either the Uffizi Gallery or the Duomo. Due to our early tour start at 8:00 a.m., we only waited 30 minutes in line for Uffizi tickets. Entry to the Duomo was no longer possible as part of this tour. Our extremely knowledgeable tour guide, saved the day with her excellent explanations and was also very upset about the business practices of the organizer RosoTravel. I tried to dispute at least part of the payment through my credit card provider - so far without success.
