Great Tour

This was a fantastic way to get active and see a couple lighthouses. Our guide was amazing, and the required exertion was manageable for anyone who can ride a bicycle.

Take this bike tour- you won’t regret it!

My 13 y.o. son and I booked the last trip of the day and we ended up having a private tour with Paul. Paul was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the sites and Portland’s history. We had a fun, easy ride - he adjusted the pace to what we wanted- and learned a lot about the city. When we took a sailboat tour the following day it was not narrated, and we were happy to have the knowledge we gained from this to get our bearings as we sailed Casco Bay. We both highly recommend this Lighthouse Bike Tour.

A Highlight of our entire trip!

All I can say is WOW! This tour and the staff are top notch! Our guide, Erin was so knowledgeable and she was very understanding that I am not the strongest rider! She was patient and even modified a few things for my skill level. We also enjoyed Paul, a new guide who joined us. This is small group bike tour (we actually had a private one!) that takes you on a few main roads and a gorgeous bike path to see beautiful views of the harbor, the coastline and several lighthouses! It's about 2-2.5 hours of riding with plenty of stops for rest, water and photos. If you're coming from a cruise, you may want to Uber over and back. It's walkable but it's about 40 minutes! We got off our ship a bit late due to the immigration process and the staff was very accommodating and communicative! Five stars all the way!
