Tuscany Landscapes, Castels & Chianti Wine District

Description
Drive through the breathtaking Tuscan countryside along the ancient Cassia Vetus, an old Roman road lined with rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves. Your journey begins in Florence, where your English-speaking driver will take you straight into the heart of Chianti. Stop in the charming medieval village of Greve, birthplace of explorer Giovanni da Verrazzano, and wander through its picturesque streets. Then, visit the stunning hilltop hamlet of Montefioralle, a perfectly preserved 12th-century stone village, where you’ll uncover fascinating stories, admire sweeping panoramas, and learn the legend of the Black Rooster, symbol of Chianti Classico. Your experience culminates with an authentic Tuscan meal at a private estate, made from organic ingredients grown on the property. Savor three top Chianti Classico wines paired with a tasting of exquisite extra-virgin olive oil—the perfect ending to your unforgettable Tuscan adventure.

Our guide Gianni made this tour very memorable, seeing villages of Tuscany as well as view of Florence and an extensive wine tour, fabulous lunch, coffee and a visit to the butcher and cheese shop. Brilliant
What a wonderful day we had with Tommaso. Just can not say enough wonderful things about the day that was organized for us. Our family of 5 had a comfortable van, and saw many FLorence and Tuscany sights we had wanted to see, as well as a few hidden gems that Tommaso shared with us. The wine tour and lunch was wonderful, but the surrounding landscapes breathtaking. Upon our request, we also went to the American Cemetery and Memorial, a somber and moving memorial. Outstanding day, outstanding tour and outstanding guide in Tommaso.
