You’ll be driven into the Troodos mountains through carefully selected villages to visit 4-5 traditional product workshops and taste a variety of Cypriot delicacies. One of these stops will be a boutique winery plus a visit to the scenic Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery. You'll experience foods* such as halloumi, village bread, wine, olive oil, honey & traditional sweets. We'll pick you up from a Paphos location of your choice. Our team guarantees you a fantastic day out - we'll make the most of your time with us and take you on a bespoke journey through Cyprus villages. This village is famous for its traditional Cyprus delights and here we'll stop to try these along with other sweets and treats! We'll explore the making process behind the products and meet the families continuing these special traditions!

We'll take a look at the history of wine in Cyprus at this beautiful and scenic location! You'll also enjoy a tasting of the famous sweet wine 'Commandaria' made in Cyprus. This wine has a 5000yr old history in Cyprus and holds 2 Guinness World Records!
We'll stop in Polemi Village* for a traditional meze lunch with drinks - all included in your tour price! *The village and taverna is subject to change depending on the final route.
Next we'll look into the wine scene of Cyprus! Here we'll enjoy a tour of the winery and then sit down for a tasting of various wines made with indigenous Cypriot grape varieties
Here we'll meet a local lady making halloumi and anari traditional cheeses! We'll learn all about the process and enjoy a tasting.

We offer door-to-door transport from almost any Paphos location including hotels, airbnbs, private accommodation, landmarks etc. We can also offer pick-up or drop-off at Paphos airport if this makes your participation more convenient. If you do not see your pickup location on the list at the time of booking - please go ahead with your booking and in the unlikely case that we cannot fulfil the pick-up - a full refund will be processed. PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. This tour DOES NOT visit Troodos Square and will only visit various villages within the Troodos mountain region.

Had a great day with our tour guide Elena who was very friendly and welcoming! Really loved seeing the other side of Paphos and got to experience the local villages. The drive through the mountains was very beautiful and all the stops were fantastic. Food delicious and great wine, left feeling very full. The day was a great mixture of history, scenery and eating and drinking. Really recommend this trip and well worth the money.
A excellent day out with Cyprus Taste Tours. Very informative guide, well educated on Many aspects of Cyprus, History, culture etc. Winery tour was excellent with the 90+ year old owner. We still have a bottle of Kommandaria to drink! The other guests were great company from UK, USA and Germany. All in all a great day and have a light breakfast before you go - the lunch is enormous!
Nice Food Tour with a group of six. The guide was very knowledgeable on everything we saw, tasted and are. Especially the visit to the winery was a top location, not in the least place by the very friendly 92 year old owner.

This tour and our driver, Vasilis, were excellent. It was a full day with a variety of food stops, a monastery and a winery. All in all, it was excellent value for money. Vasilis went the extra mile and arranged a birthday cake for my daughter. We would definitely recommend Cyprus Taste Tours.

We were picked up directly from our hotel. Dimitri the guide was pleasant and smiling with a lot of knowledge about the history and culture. The tour was interesting and we enjoyed very good food! Seeing the views and the Paphos area is a beautiful way to get to know the place.
