This company was perfect for what we needed. We did not want to drive ourselves as it was our first time in El Salvador. We needed transportation from Mizata to an Airbnb in Ataco and then a few days later transportation from the Airbnb to a hotel in San Salvador. Our Spanish is limited, but our guide used translation apps to communicate with us. He also arrived early for each transfer which was very much appreciated because we are very prompt people. At the last minute, I texted the company to see if we could add on a visit to Cerro Verde and they accommodated that! Our driver let us roam the area as long as we wanted. I also had two emergencies which required mosquito itch cream and tampons and he made two separate stops for us to get the items we needed. The transportation was the biggest source of stress for me when I was planning this trip and this company completely eliminated that stress and made that portion of our trip so easy!!!! If you prefer not to rent a car—book with this company! They are great!
This was supposed to be a private car from the airport to the hotel. There was no guy to meet me at arrivals. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they told me to go to Point B, which I did. After much discussion, eventually a guy turned up with my name on a card, but rather than being my driver, he put me in a standard taxi to the hotel! The taxi was is terrible condition, the warning lights on the dashboard looked like a Christmas tree. Worse still, one reason for getting a private car is so I can sit in the front. In the taxi I had to sit in the back and could see nothing. I could just have easily got a standard taxi and it would probably have been cheaper. I would certainly not recommend using this company, complete waste of time and money.
I appreciate your honesty and punctuality. You are right, we didn't meet your expectations for this service. We suggested changing the vehicle on the spot, but you didn't accept that alternative. Despite everything, we made sure she reached her destination. The driver was very professional. In our previous conversations, didn't request to sit in the front, as passengers are seated in the back for their safety.
Excellent service overall. We hired them for transfers from and to the San Salvador airport. On time, comfortable air conditioned cars, friendly helpful staff and drivers. Highly recommend!

Communicative and Easy pick up. Waiting for me with a sign but knowing what I know now, would’ve gotten an Uber

Good experience, the man was waiting right outside the airport exit from customs with a sign with my name on it. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there was no communication beforehand via Whatsapp or anything, so I was a little worried that there was no confirmation. Otherwise great.

Driver waiting at airport with sign for us. Took bags to an older mini van for us and took us straight to hotel.
Your opinions are very important to us.
The airport seemed really nice but when we changed planes, they re-screened us and took our water that we had just purchased at the gates! They distrust their own security. They should have signs at the gate vendors recommending that you do not buy large liquids because they might be confiscated 10 feet away! It made no sense and seemed like a scam to get our money and then take our purchases.
