Our reception will be waiting at the gate, with a sign in your name, at the time of the flight informed. In case of doubts or disagreements, we have a store at Salvador Airport, ground floor, end of the corridor to the right of the national arrival gate.

We were very well received by Ademir, with a smile on the face, who despite the early time, gave us good tips. Almir, arrived before the time, did not rush us, was very cordial, spoke of the tourist points of Salvador, from the points where we passed on our journey, until we reached the tunnel of lamentation. A disaster!!!! They didn't pick me up at the hotel to go to the airport. I called and no one answered. The worst part of my trip. I do not recommend

El vehículo sufrió un defecto de camino al hotel y lamentablemente nuestro conductor no tuvo tiempo de informar del incidente al equipo de emergencia para su resolución inmediata. No hemos localizado sus datos de contacto de emergencia como se mencionó. Debido a nuestro incumplimiento, ofrecemos la devolución del importe pagado, ya que nuestra prioridad es satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Somos una empresa con más de 29 años de existencia y que valora la calidad de los servicios brindados a los viajeros y nuestra prioridad es satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
